I haven't had very many "funny" school stories in awhile. But I have a great one now. I have been taking Cooper to school this past week. On Tuesday I walk in and his teacher says oh Cooper we are so glad you are here, I need help hushing these babies. I didn't think much of the comment. Then she says, do you guys shhhh him alot? I said us? No, I don't know that I have ever done that. (you know put your finger up to your mouth and say shhhhhhhh) She says well Cooper does. He went up to one of the little girl's cribs that was crying and looked at her, put his finger up to his mouth and SHHHHHHHHHHH!
I about fell on the floor laughing. Seriously can you picture it? I have been trying so hard to get him to do it at home with no luck. The day he shhhhs us, do you laugh or what?
He has really starting talking or per his teacher trying to communicate using "his words". Honestly, I think its because he can finally hear. It's great, but I feel awful that my little baby might just have not been able to hear before the tube surgery. Bad mommy moment. Think he will forgive me?
